The bitter end

Monday 20th November.

Following Saturdays 1-1 draw with QPR, we now find ourselves 7 points behind our nearest rivals Stockport who beat Crewe to widen the gap. It sounds as though we should have beaten QPR at Loftus Road for the first time in our history, particularly with Gallen's second half penalty miss and Martin Smith hitting the post late on in the game. Unfortunately lady luck doesn’t always smile on you when you are bottom of the table, but hopefully the far better performance than that of the previous week is an indication that the Macari/Jordan effect is working.

A big thank you to Machala for putting up with me doing this and Ian for his support and my Mum for her proof reading.
