Friday 3rd November.

Because of personnel shortages in midfield, it looks as though Michael Senior might get a start tomorrow. For a youngster he looked very composed in his substitute appearance against Blackburn, and perhaps it’s time we took a chance on the youngsters who will (hopefully) give 100% as they endeavour to stake their claim to a first team shirt.

This is our first visit to Craven Cottage since the 3-0 defeat that saw our play-off ambitions evaporate on the last game of last season, and new manager Jean Tigana has spent quite heavily bringing some extra quality to the side. Revenge would be nice, but I feel another defeat is the more likely outcome. In fact let’s face it, defeat is a near certainty.

A big thank you to Machala for putting up with me doing this and Ian for his support and my Mum for her proof reading.
