Tuesday 31st October.

The waiting is almost over, Town have today announced that a decision on the new manager will be revealed tomorrow. Mt heart tells me it will be a high calibre big name such as Joe Kinnear, but my head tells me that our impoverished chairman and owner might favour the low cost option. I just have a gut feeling from the rumblings (albeit quiet) and rumours that Macari will be the choice. Not long to wait, but this season has gone so flat I can hardly raise much enthusiasm, particularly when I suspect I know who it will be.

Meanwhile the desperate attempts to add to the playing staff have failed once again, with Cameron International Pierre Njanka being recalled by his current side Strasbourg due to injuries. Once again it seems as though we are destined to finish this season with the squad that brought the last campaign to such an anti climax.

A big thank you to Machala for putting up with me doing this and Ian for his support and my Mum for her proof reading.
