Wednesday 28th March. It definitely looks as though Martin Smith is unlikely to feature on Saturday following the knee injury sustained in the earlier part of the reserve game yesterday. Also doubtful is Delroy Facey who is suffering from some kind of mouth infection, and he is taking a course of antibiotics that have prevented him from training this week. It’s a strange thing, but I have sometimes heard the doctor advise that alcohol should be avoided whilst taking antibiotics, but I have never read the part on the label where it advises against physical exertion! |
