The bitter end

Friday 17th November.

In a somewhat surprising move, Lou Macari has named Craig Armstrong as captain for tomorrow’s game. Armstrong is far from a crowd favourite and there wasn’t any particular explanation from the Town manager as to the reasons for his selection, but presumably he was selected as he is one of the most experienced players turning out for Town tomorrow. At the other end of the experience ladder is Michael Senior who looks as though he might get a start tomorrow. In the games I have seen where he has come on from the substitutes bench he has looked very composed, and I am pleased to see that he might get his chance.

Apparently Rob Kozluk turned down a £200,000 move to Preston yesterday. He clearly wants to play for us and I think most fans would be pleased to see him sign but there is just one little problem – money.

A big thank you to Machala for putting up with me doing this and Ian for his support and my Mum for her proof reading.
