Tuesday 6th February.

Following Simon Baldry’s contract extension last week, it looks as though Thomas Heary may well follow suit. With the future of the transfer market still undecided, Town seem keen to keep some of their younger (and presumably lower paid) players at the club. Heary is only 21 and is earning a regular first team place and looks a very good prospect, not the finished article yet but not too far off. It seems as if other contract negotiations are to be held over until the summer, presumably to see which division we are in and how much money is left in the kitty. I suspect there will be a few departures though – Bye Bye Ken, Kenny, Scott and Dean, it’s been nice.

A big thank you to Machala for putting up with me doing this and Ian for his support and my Mum for her proof reading.
