Bradford survive

Wednesday 5th July.

I suddenly realised today that I haven't yet sent in my season ticket renewal and the closing date is Friday. I've been busy doing an HNC course for the last 2 years, and I have been diverting all of my efforts towards this recently as the last piece of work has to be handed in tomorrow. I will take my renewal stuff to work and try to make time to ring the hotline before I lose my seat.

As the season ticket discount deadline looms the transfer shopping list seems to be shrinking, or I am still just being pessimistic? Supposed signing targets, Tranmere winger Alan Mahon and Barnsley right-back Nicky Eaden, who were both available on Bosman free transfers, have today joined Sporting Lisbon and Birmingham City respectively. Anyway, at least this presumably means that Birmingham's interest in Steve Jenkins will now have cooled, so we can all sleep easy in our beds tonight.
