Sunday 9th July. The Intertoto flirtation by our near neighbours in Claret and Amber is starting to worry me. They have just beaten a team from Lithuania 7-2 on aggregate (3-1 away and 4-1 at home), but let's face it, they must have been a poor outfit. The next round should provide sterner opposition in the form of a team from the Netherlands, let's hope so anyway. |
