Monday 11th September

. As a result of Saturday’s defeat against Bolton, Steve Bruce and his team have now earned their place in club history. Since the club was formed in 1908, they have never lost their first 3 home matches of a season, and this even includes the dark days of the mid 1970’s and the season Malcolm MacDonald saw us relegated in 1987/1988 (remember the 10-1 Manchester City defeat?). The rot has got to stop and it’s got to stop soon. How long is the club owner prepared to sit back and watch this happen?

Following the signing and loan fiasco with Stockport County, Kevin Gray is officially a Town player again as of midnight tonight. Assuming that he has regained his strength and fitness following his bout of food poisoning he may be back in contention for the game tomorrow night. Let’s hope so.

A big thank you to Machala for putting up with me doing this and Ian for his support and my Mum for her proof reading.
