Tuesday 29th August.

I remember my grandparents used to have one of those little weather devices where the little old chap would come out when the weather was nice, and if rain was on the way the chap went in and a lady with an umbrella would appear. It’s much like Town’s midfield at the moment, just when Chris Beech manages to turn out for 90 minutes action, Chris Holland picks up an injury.

Similar to the injury suffered a few weeks ago by Steve Jenkins, he has damaged his medial ligament and will be out for a month or so. Although I think that the midfield with both Holland and Irons looks particularly effective, with the present situation with injuries and no chance of bringing in replacements, we can ill afford to lose another player. Thank goodness we have no league game for a fortnight, and hopefully Gorré and Gallen might be able to feature on the team sheet against Bolton and Wimbledon.

A big thank you to Machala for putting up with me doing this and Ian for his support and my Mum for her proof reading.
