Tuesday 20th March.

It is starting to look as though the playing staff at the McAlpine might grow by one with John Thorington looking ready to put pen to paper. I have never seen him in action so I just hope he is some good.

There is also speculation that Manchester City’s left sided defender Richard Edghill is another target for Lou Macari. He has only been ‘linked’ with the club, and with just 2 days to go we’d better get our fingers out, or is it just more idle conjecture for the benefit of the fans? The Booth and Marsden pots are still simmering but time is running out and again I am taking these things with a large pinch of salt until something more concrete is announced.

According to Radio Leeds Leeds Leeds, Ken Monkou has been allowed to join Sheffield United to train with them. Let’s hope it leads to his exodus from the club because we don’t need him here.

A big thank you to Machala for putting up with me doing this and Ian for his support and my Mum for her proof reading.
