Wednesday 14th March.

Today was one of those days of zero news from the McAlpine, and the only change to our predicament tonight was a 1-1 draw between Tranmere and Portsmouth. Tranmere were winning with a goal from Wayne Alison, but thankfully Portsmouth equalised to rob Tranmere of two vital home points and keep them below Town (albeit on goal difference).

The only interesting part of the official HTAFC website is the rumour mill, and they have excelled themselves today with a couple of cracking yet highly implausible rumours. Both Matthew Le Tissier and David Ginola (not this one again) are purported to be joining Town, presumably on loan. Both stories are doubtless complete cobblers, but they are good for a wry smile.

A big thank you to Machala for putting up with me doing this and Ian for his support and my Mum for her proof reading.
